Exchange and Refund Policy
Onder Organic would like you to feel confident with your online purchase which is why if you have changed your mind simply contact us within 14 days. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided the items and packaging are in original condition, unused and unworn, sale items excluded.

Please note that underwear is unable to be returned due to safety and sanitary reasons, so please choose carefully.

Exceptions will be granted if Onder Organic is at fault, for example for any faulty items or shipping errors. If you have received a faulty item please contact us at hello@onderorganic.com.au and we will happily organise a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.

Please note refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Onder Organic will not be issued with a refund or exchange.

Should the item you wish to exchange not be available then a store credit voucher will be issued. Onder Organic store credit vouchers last for 6 months from date of exchange.

Please note, gift cards and sale items can not be exchanged or refunded.

Out of Stock Items
Onder Organic apologises for items that are out of stock. However, should this occur we will advise you immediately and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order or we can help with an alternative item.

How to return an item
Please contact us via email at hello@onderorganic.com.au to arrange a refund/exchange and Return Authorisation (RA) number.

Please return your item(s) with RA reference number emailed to you to the following address:

For all exchanges, please provide a return pre-paid satchel. Alternatively, we can provide one for $10.
